Guarantee and service

All Inglesina products are covered by a warranty. The warranty period is from 2 to 24 months, depending on the type of product. The warranty period is indicated in the description of each product on our website. The manufacturer's warranty card serves as confirmation of warranty obligations.

Where to contact for warranty service?

Warranty service is provided by a service center authorized by the manufacturer. The service center phone number is indicated in the Warranty Card.

The right to free warranty service is given by the warranty card, which states:

• model;
• warranty period;
• date of sale of the product.

Please keep it throughout the entire service life.
The repair period is determined by the authorized Service Center.

In what cases is the warranty not provided?

The Service Center may refuse warranty repair if:

• the preservation of warranty seals is violated;
• there is mechanical or other damage that occurred as a result of intentional or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;
• the rules are violated use, set out in the operational documents;
• unauthorized opening, repair or modification of internal communications and components of the product, design change.

Warranty obligations do not apply to the following malfunctions:

• natural wear and tear or exhaustion of the resource;
• accidental damage caused by the customer or damage resulting from negligent treatment or use;
• damage as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
• damage caused by using the product for purposes other than its intended purpose or in violation of the operating rules;

Please note:

Addendum No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172.

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return.

Such goods include:

• baby goods (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.);
• soft children's toys;
• inflatable rubber children's toys;
• bed linen;
• aerosol-packed goods.
