Exchange and return of goods
You can exchange or return the product within 14 days after purchase, according to the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights".
To take advantage of this opportunity, please make sure that:
- the product has not been used and does not have any traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, dirt, there are no abrasions or scratches on the stroller wheels from driving on asphalt, etc.;
- the product is fully complete and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
- all labels and factory markings are preserved;
If the product does not work, the exchange or return of the product is carried out only if there is a conclusion from a service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions have not been violated.
Where and how can I make an exchange or return?
You can exchange or return the product by contacting us by phone or at e-mail, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00.
Before you go, be sure to call the manager and arrange a meeting!
When returning the goods, you must have your passport with you. We will refund the money on the day the goods are returned or, in case of lack of money at the cash desk, no later than 7 days.
If you do not live in Kyiv, you can send the goods back using a delivery service. If the product has retained its original appearance and packaging, we will exchange it for you or refund your money.
Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the date of sale, provided that the purchased product, its packaging, and the availability of documents confirming the fact of purchase are preserved.
